About Assist Teignbridge

We're a community charity with deep roots in Teignbridge — dedicated to helping older adults and carers live well, with dignity and independence, for over two decades.

Our mission & purpose

Assist Teignbridge is a registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in Teignbridge through a variety of free community support services and quality paid care.

From help claiming benefits entitlements to sitting care, home help and nail trimming, our services are designed around the real needs of older adults and their carers in Dawlish, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot.

Our patron, Sir David Hoare, Bt., supports our work and the values that underpin everything we do: compassion, trust and community.
